Worth knowing
RESTORE tested clemastine in people with MS and a disorder affecting eye movement. It was stopped after slow enrolment led to an early review, which found that the study was unlikely to reach its goal.
This is an important negative development for this study. It should not be treated as a clear result about whether clemastine works, because the decision was made in a study that had serious difficulty finding participants.
