Steven Petratos's team reported that daily DITPA by mouth reduced neurological decline, helped myelin-making cells survive, reduced damage to myelin and nerve fibres, and improved related measurements in mice.
This is an active and serious research programme, but there is no publicly registered study in people with MS. Results in mice are not evidence of benefit in people.
